Our fractional ownership company is a Private company with 13 stakeholders that owns a property. Each shareholder has the right of use of 4 weeks per annum, split up in 1 week periods. These times rotate on an annual basis. The weeks start on a Friday at 2pm and end the next Friday at 10am.

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?

10% Cash deposit, 7 days after signature of the contract. The remaining 90% is then payable as follows: First 30% within 30 days, second 30% after 60 days and the final 30% within 90 days.

This can be paid off over 10 year @ Prime –1.65% with a R20000 deposit.
